Use spin answers with recruiters & when networking.
Pull insights from them so you know which way to spin.
Use words/phrases relevant to the business goals.
Spin is really another way to redirect the conversation.
Give up the fight that you should not be fighting.

What are you doing this week to move your self forward in your career journey?
IE – Targeting businesses of interest via networking and some open positions, 2 interviews this week.
WB – Researching target companies and networking into them, targeting remote work, (Sales & Marketing Support role)
RK – Networking with multiple people every day, Focused on virtual/online instruction work
SR – Stirring up weak ties with Networking, researching for new companies. Go online at library, business information – Reference USA or Hoovers, D&B – build alist of companies

This week’s challenge – Experiment with bumping into people on social media to stir up an opportunity for a conversation with a referral agent or hiring manager.
