There is only one Frann

We had the opportunity to hear from Frann Griffin at PIT (Professionals in Transition) tonight.

She came with her entourage, her 84 year old mother. These two ladies make a great dynamic passionate team.  I can see a great touring public speaking team here.

Frann has been a recruiter for numerous flavors of Wake Health for 22 years.  Frann shared lots of interesting information and ideas about applying for jobs, interviewing and connecting towards that next job.

Frann has passion for what she does, enjoys her recruiting work with people and the hospital system. Her smile, personable manner and eagerness to help are key attributes for a great recruiter. The stories that Frann tells of helping people find jobs and placing people who were on or past their last dollar shows that she truly believes in helping people any way she can.  If you get the chance to meet Frann, ask her about her restroom pre-interview conversation that turned into a job.

Frann came prepared with good handouts, good stories, pens from the hospital system and business cards.

It was clear that Frann cares because during her conversation she repeatedly told the group – email me, if I can help you I will.

This is the core value of a great recruiter, thanks Frann for having this core value.
